Each week, athletes in DJ Sackmann's monthly program train in a semi-private setting while focusing on learning a new skill.


Every new skill is broken down into a progressive approach to help players completely understand the concept and how to use the new skill within a game situation.


Athletes will work out up to two times each week with multiple certified coaches on court supplemented with film breakdowns and access to our private members only instagram account.

All athletes must complete an introductory evaluation session prior to being offered future workouts.
